This website (sakin.ca) is operated by Mohieddin Saymeh, Salesperson, of Valery Real Estate Inc., Brokerage. This policy explains what personal information the site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Contact details you choose to send through a form, call, text or email: your name, phone number, email address, and anything you write in your message.
- Technical information every website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. It is used to run and secure the site.
- Never send your Social Insurance Number, banking details or ID documents through this website.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry and provide the real estate services you asked about, and to keep the site working and secure. We do not sell your personal information or share it with others for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
- Our website host, which serves the pages.
- Our customer relationship management (CRM) and form provider, which stores enquiries sent through the consultation form.
- Valery Real Estate Inc., Brokerage and its systems, where an enquiry must reach a registered representative to be answered.
- Some providers may store data outside Canada, where it may be accessible to the courts and authorities of that country.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small number of cookies to work properly, and uses analytics (Google Analytics) to understand which pages are useful. It also uses advertising tags from Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), so that people who visited the site may later see my ads on those platforms. These tags do not collect your name, phone or email. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, and turn off personalized ads in your Google ad settings (adssettings.google.com) and your Meta ad preferences.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to provide the service and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to registered real estate professionals in Ontario, which can extend for several years after a transaction.
Your rights
- Ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Ask us to correct it, or to stop contacting you, subject to any legal obligations.
- Unsubscribe from any marketing message using the link in that message (Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation).
