Do you really work in Arabic?
Yes. Calls, messages, showings and the explanation of every document can be in Arabic. The legal forms themselves are in English, so I go through them with you line by line.
Which areas do you serve?
Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Mississauga, Oakville, Milton, Brampton and Hamilton, plus nearby communities. If you’re looking somewhere else in Ontario, ask and I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right fit.
What does it cost a buyer to work with you?
The commission is written into a buyer representation agreement that we sign before I start working for you. In many purchases it is paid from the seller’s side, but not always. I explain exactly how it works for your purchase before you sign anything.
